Methodology

Facts come from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the HHS Office for Civil Rights. We do not publish state rules; every state point sends you to your state licensing agency. We do not publish hour counts, costs or state tables, and we do not rank, recommend or sell training providers. CPR and first aid providers are named only as common examples. This site does not cover owner education, written policies, hiring, state license applications, Medicaid enrollment or Medicare home health aide rules in depth.

Every matrix item names its source, tells you to check your state, or is marked as your own planning. The matrix shows counts, not scores. Not legal advice. State training rules vary; check your state.

Our conflict of interest

Home Care Agency Blueprint sells courses and coaching to people starting home care agencies, including startup packages. That gives it a reason to encourage you to start an agency. We try to counter that by sticking to cited sources and by keeping sales copy off the guide pages; this site links only to the free clarity call. Each page links to our booking page in the header, in one booking section at the bottom, and in the footer.

Privacy

There are no sign-up or contact forms on this site. The training matrix saves entries only in your own browser. There are no embedded videos on this site. See the privacy policy and terms on the Home Care Agency Blueprint site.
